In the spirit of Hatfield & McCoy we bring you Tichnell & Battelle and the inaugural Beef Off. Clint Tichnell is the owner of Tuned Up Brewing Company and a long time BBQ and brewer. Since Tuned Up opened they have supported the town and multiple charities.
Clint and Mike have no family feud and both like each others BBQ, but the standard beef and beer has been done. It's been done by everyone. So rather than a standard event Clint and Mike will be smoking briskets and/or pork shoulders, along with some other treats.
The event will be a benefit for Liberty Fire Company. We still have to work out details, and tickets will be very limited. We will update new information as we can. The event is hosted by Tuned Up Brewing Company and all cooking will be on site at their location.
